Rich Bitch Breakfast Bars

This recipe stirs up some money magic to welcome in abundance and help boost your cash flow. In this dish we tie in different elements, all corresponding to abundance and prosperity making is a bountiful sweet treat that is healthy and brings autumn flavors to your morning on any day of the year because lets be real…every day should be Halloween.

Thanks to the cinnamon, it can be eaten when needing money to appear quickly; I can’t tell you how many times I would nibble on one of these thinking about the number of readings I needed that day to hit a certain goal and I would end my day with the desired number of appointments.

Fast money magic aside, the Rich Bitch Breakfast Bars are a text book example of “get you a girl that can do both” because this recipe is also an excellent dish to add into your rotation if you are working on expanding your business, repairing your relation with money or using a prosperity diet to expand your financial and material standing over all. Two things bring the elements of longevity to this spell.

1)      We us canned pumpkin. Canned foods represent resilience, longevity and can bring light into dark times.

2)      We chill this dish overnight. Now, normally I would avoid using any cooling elements to a money spell, such as a freezer or refrigerator, but in this case I make an exception. By letting this dish chill overnight we are accepting that good things come to those who wait and putting it into the Universe that we make purposeful moves and apply patience because we know that the pay off will be plentiful and sweet.

Set the mood: Light a green or gold candle while mixing and baking this dish. I burn my candles on a ceramic spoon rest that sits on my stove. You can also play music that inspires your hustle or stirs your connection with abundance. My go to money magic song will forever be “Money” by Pink Floyd.

You will need:

·         2 cups rolled oats

·         1 cup pureed pumpkin

·         2 medium apples, cut into small cubes

·         ¼ cup sliced almonds

·         2 teaspoons pumpkin spice

·         1 teaspoon cinnamon

·         ½ teaspoon baking powder

·         ¼ teaspoon salt

·         ¼ cup honey, can substitute with maple syrup

·         2 eggs, beaten

·         2 teaspoons of vanilla extract, don’t be afraid to go a little crazy and give an extra splash or two

·         1 cup almond milk, or whichever type of milk you prefer

·         1 scoop of Vanilla protein powder, optional*

In a large mixing bowl combine your oats, almonds (reserving a handful for later), pumpkin spice, cinnamon, apples, baking powder, vanilla protein powder (if you are using it,) and salt. Mix this together with your clean, bare hands. Keep your eyes closed while you do this and visualize you mixing together shining coins. When your dry ingredients are mixed well, set the bowl aside.

In a smaller bowl, whisk together your pumpkin, eggs, milks, vanilla extract, and honey. Be mindful to whisk everything in a clockwise motion until evenly mixed.

Slowly add your pumpkin mixture to your dry ingredients. If you are using a stand mixer keep the speed on a lower setting, or put the extra umph of magic in by stirring this by hand. Look into the bowl while everything is mixing and see it as your hard work, magic and future prosperity all coming together for you.  When everything has been thoroughly mixed, turn off your mixer and set the bowl aside.

Line a baking dish with parchment paper and using your index finger, trace a money sigil (or even just a dollar sign,) onto the paper. Pour in your batter and press it firmly into the dish, filling in the edges. Take the remaining sliced almonds and sprinkle them on top of the batter in the shape of your chosen money sigil or dollar sign. Cover the dish and leave in the refrigerator overnight to chill.

The next morning, take your dish out of the refrigerator and preheat your oven to 350. When your oven had reached 350, bake your Rich Bitch Breakfast Bars for 30-35 minutes. When they are done, let them cool for 5 minutes before cutting into squares. Keep the leftovers in a sealed container in your fridge and eat them each morning throughout the week.

Enjoy!
